Use in the evening on clean, dry skin. This product can be combined with The Perfect Body Wash.

Products with retinol can be irritating to use at first and cause purging so it is important to build up tolerance slowly.

Use x3 a week for 4 weeks, then x4 a week for 4 weeks in pigmented areas or all over the body. Build up the tolerance of your skin like this till you are using it comfortably 5-7 days per week.

Wear a generous amount of sunscreen every day in the usage area as retinoids and chemical exfoliants increase the sensitivity of your skin to the sun.
