Can be used in the morning or evening. Use 3-5 times a week in pigmented areas, textured areas or all over the body. This product can be combined with The Perfect Body Lotion.

Use the short contact therapy technique, which can be seen here. Once your skin has built a tolerance to the product and no irritation is occurring, combine the product with an exfoliating glove to enhance the effects.

Wear a generous amount of sunscreen every day in the usage area as retinoids and chemical exfoliants increase the sensitivity of your skin to the sun.
