However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we can accept returns in compliance with UK law.
Your Legal Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This means you have 14 days to notify us if you wish to return your items. After such notification, you have another 14 days to return the goods to us. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and they must be unused and unopened, with all seals and packaging intact.
Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to the following types of goods, which are non-cancellable and non-refundable: goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized, goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the products back to us.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged and that you use a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the product but not any delivery charges incurred.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately so we can rectify the issue. You have the right to a refund, replacement, or repair if the goods are faulty, not as described, or do not work as intended.
Please be aware that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any item where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons.
